How can Medical Hydrology and "Creno-Hydro-Kinesitherapy" promote prevention?
Medical hydrology, crenotherapy and hydrokinesitherapy are medical and paramedical disciplines based on the judicious use of the chemical and physical properties of natural mineral waters.
They aim to treat, rehabilitate, prevent and alleviate health problems through targeted treatments, adapted exercises and the expert management of natural mineral waters.
They help strengthen the body's resistance to disease and can prevent and reduce the frequency and severity of illness, accidents and disability.
With a proactive vision, they offer a holistic approach to improving the health and quality of life of individuals and contribute to prevention as defined by the World Health Organisation: "The set of actions aimed at avoiding or reducing the number and severity of diseases, accidents and disabilities".
