 In memory of Prof. Umberto Solimene
Lectio magistralis at the University of Pisa
The Master in Medical Hydrology and Thermal Medicine, promoted by the University of Pisa and directed by Prof. Marco Romanelli, has graduated 14 thermal doctors from all over the country.
On Friday 15 December, before the discussion of the theses, a masterly reading dedicated to the memory of Prof. Umberto Solimene was held in solemn form.
The reading will be repeated every year with a different speaker. This year, Prof. Olga Surdu, new president of FEMTEC, was appointed.
The scientific coordinators of the Master, Prof. Fausto Bonsignori and Manela Scaramuzzino, illustrated the figure of Prof. Solimene, highlighting his merits and the great work done for the diffusion of thermalism. |
